- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Tree Removal on the grounds of 1 Bayview Avenue, Beverly MA Take down and remove eleven (11) trees, which shall be indicated by orange tape markings. All lawn debris, downed sticks and branches, shall be removed from all areas involved with this contract. Tree trunks shall be removed from the site, with certain log lengths left for future fireplace wood. Any damage to surrounding lawn areas, fences and other property shall be repaired to original condition by the contractor and will be subject to inspection by the Coast Guard. All waste and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. Porposal with access from Coast Guard property with no mechanized equipment allowed on lawn surfaces.
