- Amendment 0001, Effective 21 April 2010. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Extend the solcitation closing date to 26 April 2010 @ 5PM, PST in lieu of 19 April 2010 @ 8am PST. 2. This solicitation has been changed from a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE to a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE solicitation. 3. Correct solicitation closing date in the original synopsis to read (April 19, 2010) in lieu of (April 16, 2010). ************************************************************** This requirement is set-aside only for small businesses. SSC PACIFIC San Diego is seeking competitive quotes for environmental testing in accordance with the attached statement of work, Qty 1 lot. Quotes shall be sent to gina.goodman@navy.mil and they must be received on or before the solicitation closing date (April 16, 2010). Interested parties must include the solicitation number (N66001-10-T-5087) in their quotes. Technical questions must be e-mailed to purchasing agent up to two (2) business days prior to the closing date of this announcement. Reference Solicitation Number N66001-10-T-5087 on any inquiries. Quotes will be evaluated and award will be based on the technically acceptable lowest quote. Submit past performance and technical capability information as stated in the solicitation package. The contract terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 and the size standard is $12.0. All responding vendors must be registered to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program prior to award of contract. Information to register to CCR can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/.
