Specifications are as follows: ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY 0001 AWSE109011 ACL Desktop Edition Standard Non-Unicode Standalone, 4 each 0002 ASRZ9000050 ACL Premium Support with Product, 1 each In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to ACL Services Ltd. ACL Services Ltd. is the owner of the software and is the only known source who can provide this subscription.
