- Solicitation, SPM4A6-10-R-0790, is Unrestricted, will issue on May 7, 2010 with a closing date of June 07, 2010. IQC10104009061, NSN is 5365-01-200-8740, Retainer Blade. Unit of issue is each.Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item and is a Critical Item application. Contractor First Article Testing requirement. Approved sources of supply is General Electric Company, Cage 07482, Part number: 1277M26G01, Barnes Group LLC, Cage 32317, Part Number: 1277M26G01,Whitcraft LLC, Cage 32543, Part Number: 1277M26G01 and Enginetics Corporation, Cage 60168, Part Number: 1277M26G01. Surge and Sustainment is not required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four option years. The estimated annual demand for the base year and each option year is 396 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year and each option year is 89 each. The guaranteed maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 396 each. The maximum annual quantity is 792 each. Requested delivery is 225 days ARO. 5Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
