- This will be a firm fixed-price, sole source acquisition to Data Link Solutions (CAGE: 081U3), for engineering services on the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Fighter Data Link terminal (FDL) Exciter part # 988-9111-201 and Power Amplifier Interface part # 988-9803-021. Estimated period of performance is 27 months. The government is not in possession of an adequate data package; therefore, proposals will be accepted from responsible offeror only. The approximate RFP issue date will be 22 March 2010 with an approximate response date of 23 April 2010. Request interested offeror notify Leon P.
