Description

Appendix No. 01 (Construction Drawings) Appendix No. 02 (Supplemental Project Specifications) Solicitation Document. Curtis Creek Culvert Replacement Project Synopsis The Curtis Creek Culvert Replacement Project package will be available for viewing and printing in approximately 15 days. This project consists of 4 culvert replacements on National Forest System Road #409 (NFSR) near Warm Lake, Idaho in the Trail Creek and Curtis Creek drainages. Major items of work include: structure excavation and backfill; culvert removal; clearing and grubbing; furnish and install 4 multi-plate arches with precast concrete footings; furnish and place surface course aggregate, riprap, streambed simulation rock; and seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. The project sites are located on the Cascade Ranger District, Boise National Forest, Valley County, Idaho. The sites are on National Forest System Road (NFSR) #409 at Mileposts 0.1, 0.72, 2.89, and 4.92. From Boise, take State Highway 55 to Cascade, take a right on Warm Lake Hwy, follow for approximately 19.5 miles to MP 60.4, take a right on NFSR #409 and follow for 0.1 miles to Trail Creek, 0.72 miles to the Trail Creek tributary, 2.89 and 4.92 miles to the Curtis Creek tributaries. Estimated Price Range – $500,000 to $1,000,000 Estimated start date is June 07, 2010.
