- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web-site as “Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside” Brand Name procurement. Reference Numbers: Synopsis - HQ002800936613 Solicitation: HQ0028-10-T-0003. Provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40 effective 23 MAR 2010. (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items) (JUN 2008): (a) Re para (a): NAICS 517410 ; size standard is $15 million. (b) Note that para (k) requires quoter to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at time order is issued and throughout performance. (2) FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation – Commercial Items) (JAN 1999) with the following insertion in paragraph (a): The Government will issue an award to the responsible contractor; with acceptable past performance, submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable offer/quote. (3) Proposals must include completed copy of provision at FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items) (AUG 2009) or indication that reps and certs are in ORCA. CLIN 0001: Antenna System, TV (20 Each): Description: Satellite; 2-piece, 1.5 meter dish; hydro formed solid metal reflector; includes following options: C-band circular left or right feed horn, & ku-band single polarity linear feed horn (P/N KU850/OP120); standard accessories: ring mount & cardboard shipping container. Manufacturer Name: Andersen Manufacturing Inc Part/Model Number: 2P5A W/OPS. The Government will consider offers/ quotes only from “Authorized Resellers” of the referenced manufacturers. Contractors must claim they are an authorized reseller on their offer/quote and provide offer/quote FOB Destination or the offer/quote will be considered non-responsive. Delivery/Ship To Address: Defense Media Center; Television-Audio Support Activity; 14855 6th Street, Bldg 2725; Riverside, CA 91518-2221. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED WITHIN THE NEXT TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS.
