- The 950 Electronic Systems Group (950 ELSG) of the Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts is seeking to solicit product developers with technology projects with potential applicability to the Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program to an Industry Day. The 950 ELSG is seeking to identify industry product developers for possible follow on contract work to the AF DCGS Program, as part of an effort to perform system modernization during system sustainment. The 950 ELSG intends to identify qualified product developers with technologies that may meet future AF DCGS technology needs as identified in government documents such as the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Flight Plan and the ISR Capabilities Analysis Requirements Tool (CART).
