This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ)for American Recovery andReinvestment Act (ARRA) funded effort for Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) MeasurementControl Data Acquisition System (MCDAS). Please see attached documentation for quoting a product that is same as or equal to thesespecifications. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring andTesting Electricty and Electrical Signals, respectively. The offeror shall state intheir offer their size status for this procurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.Delivery to George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, Saturn Rd., Central Shipping andReceiving Bldg. 4631, MSFC, AL., 35812 is required within 120 days ARO. Delivery shallbe FOB Destination to MSFC. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by May 05, 2010 to Emmett Hernandez, viaemail at Emeterio.v.hernandez@nasa.gov and must include, central contractors registrationnumber, solicitation number, FOB destination to MSFC, proposed delivery schedule,discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN),identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized companyrepresentative.
