- The NAICS for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-07-G-5438 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Land and Armaments LP, Armament Systems Division, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The Contractor shall provide the material and services required to inventory, verify configuration, re-manufacture and convert, ORDALT and upgrade, inspect, test and prepare for shipment the components and major assemblies for a MK 45 Gun Mount as specified herein and IAW applicable sections of DSOW 002 dated 02/03/05. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months from receipt of order and government furnished property. BAE is the sole designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the 5' MK 45 Gun Mount Systems. These systems are highly complex, and BAE is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications, and facilities who can perform the work within the required timeframe.
