- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of June 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010: "PROVIDE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE ON GOVERNMENT-OWNED DRILL EQUIPMENT (TO INCLUDE HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS) SUCH AS: ATLAS COPCO T-3, SIMCO 5000 AV TOP DRIVE DRILL RIG, CME-85 AUGER DRILL, CME-45 AUGER DRILL, S&H 142-C DIAMOND DRILL, LONGYEAR 34 DIAMOND DRILL, FAILING 1500 DRILL RIG, DIAMEC 232, LONGYEAR LF 70, WATER TRUCK, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DRILLING EQUIPMENT. VENDOR MUST CERTIFY HAVING EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF DRILLING EQUIPMENT. VENDOR SHALL RELEASE THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION OF ANY LIABILITY IN THE EVENT THAT ANY EMPLOYEE IS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHILE OPERATING A GOVERNMENT-OWNED VEHICLE, TRUCK, OR DRILL RIG." This announcement constitutes Reclamation's Request for Quotation. The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. If you would like to be considered for a BPA please send pricing for items listed in the preceding paragraph. Please send hourly labor rates for these services. This award will be for unrestricted competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811111 and a size standard of $7.0 Million. The suspense date/time to respond to this announcement is Friday, May 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov respectively. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit pricing which, if received timely, shall be considered. Pricing may be submitted electronically.
