- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hutchinson Industries Run Flat Insertion/Removal Machine, BMO83 or equal, in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The requirement is for one (1) each Hutchinson Industries Run Flat Insertion/Removal Machine BMO83 or equal for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command in Yuma, AZ 85365. If equal product is offered, please provide specifications and data of equipment offered. This acquisition is unrestricted. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39 and effective 19 March 2010 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 edition, Current to DCN 20100408. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Payment Card. The NAICS Code is 333319 and the size standard is 500 employees. Award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. All responsible Offerors are to submit current pricing, delivery time, payment terms, cage code, Dunn and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification Number and all applicable specifications regarding this solicitation. The previous information and the total cost shall be all inclusive and be received no later than 12:00 p.m. MST, 29 April 2010. Offers shall be clearly marked with RFQ number # W81R8T00750007 and emailed to the point of contact listed below or accepted via FAX (928)-328-6849. Your company must be registered on the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) web site at https://orca.bpn.gov or in order to complete the Representation and Certifications for the following referenced provisions you must go to the Air Force Web Site at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/Vffar1.htm locate the reference clause, copy and paste it to a Word document and complete FAR provision @ FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Aug 2009) with Alternate 1 (Apr 2002) and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Jun 2005). An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-3 if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the Online Representations and Certifications Application. FAR 12.603(c)(2)(viii), the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) is included in this acquisition. Contractors are encouraged to review this clause and must submit required descriptive literature in order for the technical activity to determine if their products meet the salient physical, functional and/ or performance characteristics. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Mar 2009) apply to this acquisition and specifically addendum 52.247-34 FOB Destination (Nov 1991).
