Description

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS 1.1SCOPE OF CONTRACT A.This project includes the erection/construction of a minimum 3,000 square foot (approx. 30 foot wide by 100 foot long) pre-manufactured steel building with utilities. The work includes excavation and backfill, concrete footings and foundations, concrete floor, and partitioning of interior. The building interior will be sectioned into three (3) bays. Bays #1 and #2 will be insulated and heated by means of an infrared heating system, and include a lavatory between the bays. Bay #3 will include six separate storage areas. Installation of new utilities (water, sewer, electrical, natural gas) will be required. B.Optional bid work items will include the construction of three trailer pads with utilities; and flammable storage cabinets to be installed in the warehouse. 100% set aside for HubZone certified companies.
