- Synopsis for Inspection, Testing, Repair and Maintenance of Lifting Devices at Various Buildings, Various Locations (Buckner, Torii Station, White Beach, Naha Port), Okinawa, Japan. The contractor shall inspect, test, repair, and maintain lifting devices and other required works specified below in accordance with (IAW) the TB 43-0142, equipment manufacturer's instructions, procedures, Work Load Requirements and Inspection, Testing, Maintenance (ITM) Tasks (TB 43-0142) in APPENDIX A. Only license qualified personnel shall be assigned to the inspection, testing, and maintenance of lifting devices. The contractor shall submit the ITM comprehensive reports and certification (3sets, bilingual) including findings and recommendations for lifting devices with electronic photographs for each building involved in the project within 30 calendar days of project completion. The contractor shall also provide cost estimates for all the suggested repairs and replacement parts/components. The contractor shall provide written assessments, copies of test results, and recommendations for compliance with all applicable Standards, Codes, Army Regulations and TB 43-0142 within 30 calendar days of project completion.
