- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-08-G-A760 with Dresser Rand Company, Painted Post NY and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2010 March 31 thru 2011 March 31 for the evaluation and repair of Navy Compressors for all classes of Navy Ships. Some representative NSNs are as follows: NSN 7H 4310-01-040-9432, Compressor Unit, Rec; NSN 7H 4310-00-763-7820, Compressor Unit, Rec; NSN 7H 4310-01-288-7130, Compressor Unit, Rec; NSN 4Y 4310-01-060-4862 TR, Compressor, Reciproc; NSN 2S 4310-01-098-1302 A2, Compressor, Air H.P.; NSN 2S 4310-01-013-5812 A3, Compressor Unit, Rec.Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3.Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
