- This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-09-G-A753 with Erie Forge and Steel, 1341 W 16th St, Erie PA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2010 April 01 thru 2011 April 01 for the evaluation and repair of the items listed below by Erie Forge and Steel:4Y 2010-01-111-9593 L1, Propulsion Shaft, P/N 245-4678496, and 2S 2010-00-187-4800 L1, Propulsion Shaft, P/N 203-4457003Individual Orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supply these items.
