- FISC Norfolk Contracting Division, Philadelphia Office intends to competitively procure Octel maintenance support services in support of Naval Supply Activity (NSA) Philadelphia, NSA Mechanicsburg, and the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC). The proposed procurement is being processed on a full and open competitive basis. The anticipated period of performance is from 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011 with four twelve month option periods. A fixed price contract will be issued, and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items. RFQ N00189-10-Q-Z175 will be made available electronically upon it release to www.neco.navy.mil. The applicable NAICS code is 517110.
