- Description
- Work entails the following by phase. Phase 1 1. Replace existing septic drain field, septic tanks and dosing tank. 2. Replace existing water tower with a hydro-pneumatic tank water system. 3. Rehabilitate existing pump house. 4. Replace one submersible well pump and test two existing wells. Phase 2 1.The project shall include the reconstruction and asphalt paving of the access road and bus turnaround 2.The reshaping and concrete paving of the main walkway 3.The construction of a segmented block retaining wall, a gathering area with concrete paving and a segmented block seat wall constructed around it. 4.Construction of a “french” drain running the length of the main walkway, drainage piping and 3 storm water catch basins to collect water from the “french” drain. 5. Construction of concrete curbing in front of the 2 main buildings. 6.Construction of 2 diversion ditches and a center drain for the access road and bus turnaround. Estimated start date is July 5,2010 with 120 days to complete the project. Project Estimate is $250,000 to $500,000. This is a 100% hubzone setaside project.
