The Government plans to issue a new Request for Proposals for the M1061A1 trailer requirement at a later, unknown time. The Technical and Past Performance evaluation factors are subject to change. It is planned that a new RFP will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside and utilize a best value evaluation.
