- Description
- The NOAA Beaufort Lab, 101 Pivers Island Road, Beaufort, North Carolina has a requirement for a vendor to - Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide technical support services to assist with '2010 Grouper Spawning Aggregations Acoustics' offshore diving project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: April 27, 2010, or date of award, whichever is later, through March 31, 2011. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is B516 and NAICS Code is 541990, small business size standard is $6.5 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
