- Recovery Act Notice: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Task Order to contract number W91278-10-D-0021 an IDIQ contract which was fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 14, XXXDATEXXX. This contract is for the Rental of Cutterhead Pipeline Dredges for Dredging in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. Recovery Act approved project for dredging on the Black Warrior Tombigbee River System in various counties in Alabama.
