- The announcement on 4/14/2010 of US Fish and Wildlife Service intent to sole source the procurement of two MERLIN XS2530e Avian Radar Systems to Detect Inc. is hereby cancelled. All statements with regard to limitations on performance by this and other brand name equipment is hereby retracted. Due to responses of other potentially qualified firms a solicitation to compete this action will be subsequently announced in a future FBO announcement.
