- Description
- 1. It is the intent of the AMC Specialized Contracting Branch to award a Purchase Order to the responsible offeror at the lowest total price technically acceptable meeting the stated requirement for all components at Scott AFB, IL. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The Brand Name suggested BI Tool is MicroStrategy 9. If the Brand Name is not the product submitted in the Quote, a justification of why the quoted product is considered equal is required. See the Description of the Requirement, Attachment 1, for additional information regarding the essential characteristics. 2. A response to this request shall consist of completion of Attachment 2, the Request for Quote FA4452-10-Q-A024 Information Sheet. Price quotes shall be in accordance with the essential characteristics listed in the Description of the Requirement. 3. As a condition for award, the deliverable BI software must be included on the Air Force Evaluated/Approved Product List (AF E/APL). Upon being selected, if offeror's BI software is not included on the AF E/APL, vendor shall provide a copy of the fully-capable deliverable BI software for no additional cost to the Government within 5 calendar days of notice of award to undergo security vulnerability evaluations. As a condition for final award, the deliverable BI software must also achieve inclusion on the AF E/APL, as well as successfully completing the security vulnerability evaluations. 4. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via E-mail to: Angela.niemeyer@scott.af.mil and Evan.port@scott.af.mil no later than 15 April 2010, 1200 p.m. CST. Quotes must be submitted via E-mail to the previously mentioned addresses no later than 21 April 2010, 1:00 p.m. CST. Your E-mail submission must be checked and determined to be "virus-free" prior to submission.
