- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Grand Junction, CO The United States Government seeks to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 656 to 736 rentable square feet in Grand Junction, CO within the following delineated area: Central Business District of Grand Junction, Colorado. Office usable space must yield 570 to 640 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for five (5) years, three (3) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2010. Property must provide at least three (3) unreserved parking spaces. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 500/100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division.
