- Floor-plan Statement of Work Performance Questionnaire Furniture Bid Schedule Contract Terms and Conditions. Form SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Orderfor Commercial Item. Furniture for USDA/Farm Service new office space in Opelousas, LA. USDA/Farm Service Agency is issuing a small business 100% set aside Request for Proposal (RFP) to potential offerors to furnish labor and material for the installation of brand new systems and office furniture for the USDA Service Center at 5832 I-49 N. Service Road, Opelousas, Louisiana. This will be a firm-fixed price contract requirement. The NAICS is 337214 with a small business size of 500 employees. The solicitation is available in this posting. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: All prospective offerors responding to this solicitation must be active and registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov, with a corresponding CAGE code. They must also be in the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) @ http://bnp.gov. Vendors not registered in the CCR are ineligible for award.
