- Commission Agreement Small Business Subcontracting Form Fire Protection and Life Safety Evaluation GSA Form 3518 GSA Form 3517B GSA Form 1217 GSA Form 1364 SFO UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought for Washington, DC The United States Government seeks to enter into a full service lease for approximately 7,266 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding approximately 6,319 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (BOASF) of contiguous office, retail or flex space in Washington, DC. The delineated area is as follows: North: Kennedy Street, NW East: Kennedy Street to 4 th Street, NW South: 4th Street to Quincy Street, NW West: Quincy Street to 14th Street The anticipated lease term is for five (5) years firm with a five (5) year option. The required occupancy date is within six months of award. Lease award will be in Q4 of 2010. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, handicapped accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. Space that is located on the first floor of a building is preferred. Space above the first floor must be serviced by at least 2 elevators. The overall dimensions of the proposed space shall not exceed a length to width ratio of 2 to 1. The proposed facilities must have access to adequate visitor parking nearby, and have access to sufficient public transportation. The Government is using a tenant broker to represent them in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
