- PR: 0025545524, ISSUE DATE 5 MAY 2010 / CLOSING DATE 4 JUNE 2010 This solicitation, SPM4A7-10-R-1075 to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 27 each for stock for NSN: 1620-01-398-8441, Skid Tube Assembly for the OH-58 Kiowa Helicopter. Item Description is in accordance with: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE 97499 & AMCOM CAGE 81996 Procurement Package 406-052-120 rev basic dtd 07SEP06 & SS406-052-120 DTD 7SEP06 P/N 406-052-120-104 Approved Source of supply: Skyline Industries, Cage 24434 this solicitation will be unrestricted, Other than full and open competition, under statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Not pursuing an LTC at this time because of the relatively low and sporadic demand. Item is configuration controlled. award. Contractor First Article, and Government Fit Test apply. Item is Army Critical Safety Item, confirmed by checking the CSI database on 3/16/09 The following terms apply: FOB: Destination Inspection/Acceptance Origin Quantity: 27 Delivery Schedule: Delivery of Contractor First Article Test: 90 days ARO Government Eval & Delivery of FIT address: 45 Days after FAT delivery Delivery of Fit Verification Test Unit: 15 Days after receipt of address Government Fit Test: 30 Days after receipt of Fit unit Delivery of Production Units: 30 Days after Fit test approval Total Delivery= 210 DARO ***NOTE: FAT inspection at ORIGIN, acceptance at DESTINATION.*** The solicitation may be obtained at that time by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
