- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN JESSUP, MD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA STAR #: 0MD2001 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,484 rentable square feet in Jessup, MD and the surrounding area. The space should yield a minimum of 7,377 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require forty (40) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Route 100 South: Route 32 East: Interstate 97 West: Interstate 95 to Route 32 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
