- Description
- Provide a committed source of supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Alexandria, Louisiana. The contractor shall provide a contractor-owned tank with an appropriate back-up system (i.e. reserve tank or cylinder bank) and liquid bulk oxygen at VAMC Alexandria, 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, Louisiana 71360-4044. The VAMC is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract for a period of one year plus four one-year option periods to begin on or about June 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and a CCR http://www.ccr.gov under NAICS 325120 to be eligible for award. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation No. VA-256-10-RP-0709 will be issued as a RFP on or about 26 April 2010 and the approximate proposal due date is 17 May 2010. You must register as 'Interested Vendor' at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps 'To Receive Notification' for amendments.
