- This is a pre-solicitation notice. NAVSEA intends to issue solicitation N00024-10-R-4405 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled Non Dry-docking and Dry-docking Availabilities for specific DDG 51 Class ships homeported and visiting the San Diego, California area. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities, and continuous/emergent maintenance efforts. A cost type contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted electronically under its solicitation number N00024-10-R-4405 on or about 01 JUNE 2010 at the following websites: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
