- This sources sought is issued solely for informational, planning purposes and market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This sources sought is seeking interest from all concerns capable and interested in performing Multimedia (Audio-Visual) Services for Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), TX. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future acquisition. No Award will be made from this sources sought. A solicitation is not currently available; therefore do not request a copy of a solicitation. The United States Air Force at this time is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Attached is the Statement of Work (SOW), which gives a general description of the scope of work that is currently being provided at Sheppard AFB, TX. Please keep in mind that the attached SOW does not define the final requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. All interested and qualified sources should notify this office by electronic or facsimile means. Please provide the following information: Company's Name, Business Address, Point of Contact (POC), telephone, and fax number. In addition, include business size/type (Large, Veteran-Owned, 8a, HUBZone, SDB, JWOD, Women-owned, etc), cage code, email address, website (if applicable), experience, and an overview of your company. Any information provided is voluntary. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Responses should be typed in a word document and submitted no later than 21 April 2010 at 0700 AM central standard time (CST) clearly marked to the attention to the following contracting personnel; Mr. Benjamin Walker at Benjamin.Walker@Sheppard.AF.MIL.
