Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) task order number GS-P-05-10-SL-0056 for Berglund Construction. The purpose of this modification is to award additional scope of work for remodeling of the public restrooms, and to rework the four existing exterior drains - Construction Phase Services for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 for the Lighting, Building System Replacement, Façade Restoration and Window Replacement Project at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, in Columbus, Ohio, in the amount of $1,917,024.00.
