- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source order to the Corporate Executive Board, 1919 North Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209, for the Security and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) membership in the Infrastructure Executive Council for a period of 12 months. Membership will allow the SEC access to: the Council’s web site, print publications and decision support tools; the Council’s teleconferences/webinars; the Executive Initiative Support Queue; and an assigned account team to proactively support the member in achieving its strategic priorities by connecting the senior most Infrastructure executive with appropriate resources. Award will be made based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this announcement. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
