Description

The Navy is engaged in reducing the number of data centers maintained andoperated in CONUS. Millington, TN has been selected as one of the Navy'sconsolidated data centers. The data center will be physically located in theNMCI server farm (Building 750) on Naval Support Activity Mid-South (NSA Mid-South). IT hardware (servers, racks, SAN, etc) that will support data centeroperations are currently in bldg 789 and needs to be moved to bldg 750.Please contact Bill Wilson to set up a site visit if necessary at (W)(901) 874-3304 or (C)(901) 634-9193. The Contractor shall provide all required labor,tools, test equipment, materials, material handling equipment, trucks, ectrequired to re-locate the equipment/components listed on Attachment A. Listedequipment is critical IT equipment and requires shut down, packing, shippingand re-installation in accordance with Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM)specifications and accepted Industry Standards.
