- Mordernize Parks, Lake O' The Pines: The Contractor shall provide all labor equipment, machinery, tools and incidentals to complete the work herein. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with the following specifications and drawings. a) Aerobic Sewage System, Johnson Creek Park b) Realign and pave, Project Office roads and parking areas at Overlook Park road and parking area, Brushy Creek Park roads, Alley Creek Park parking area, Cedar Springs Park road and parking area c) Erosion Control by Deliver and place rip-rap rock for shoreline protection at Buckhorn Creek Park, Johnson Creek Park, Brushy Creek Park, Alley Creek Park, Lakeside Park and Hurricane Creek Park.
