- Door Projects 2010 with DBA wage determination Management & Training Corporation operating the Charleston Job Corps Center for the U.S. Department of Labor is requesting bids for Doors replacement. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the center on Wednesday, May 5 th, 2010, at 10:00 am and bids must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 19 th, 2010. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
