PER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO HDR, INC. HDR, INC HAS HISTORICAL KNOWLEDGE OF THIS PROJECT AND PROVIDED PRELIMINARY DESIGN SERVICES, THIS TASK ORDER WILL BE AWARDED ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO MAINTAIN PROJECT INTEGRITY. THIS TASK ORDER IS SUBJECT TO THE ARRA REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
