- Solicitation for End Item: KC-135 Aircraft, NSN 1560 00 981 0688, PR 0025787936, Panel, Structural AI, 100% Small Business Set Aside. This is a critical application item, configuration control applies. Definite Quantity contract with 100% option. NAICS is 336413. Quantity 243, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. The required delivery is 180 days ARO or less. A stable base drawing forms a part of the data package required for performance and such will be forwarded to the successful offeror within 30 days after award of the contract. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) - the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluated factors as described in the solicitation.
