- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement s contract for Radiopharmaceuticals supplies for the Lebanon VA medical Center located in Lebanon PA. Contractor shall furnish all radiopharmaceutical supplies and means of securing and transferring all deliverables (radiopharmaceutical) to the government once an order is placed. The government will award a contract to a qualified and responsible firm established in the business to furnish Radio-pharmaceuticals services. It is the VA's intent to solicit on a competitive basis. Contract period is anticipated to be June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011, with one option year, a total of two years. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS Code 325412 and employee size standard of 750 employees will apply to this solicitation. Solicitation will be posted on or around May 4, 2010. Electronic or phone requests will not be accepted, nor will electronic bids. Bidders are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. All correspondence in reference to the solicitation contents or general questions must be addressed in writing on company letterhead, containing a point of contact, the SOL number, email address, phone and fax numbers and must be addressed to the contracting officer listed. All potential contractors must be registered in www.ccr.gov to do business with the Government and must have completed online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. Ensure your registration is correct, current and has not expired. The procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
