- Wage Determination Statement of Work SF 1442 Solicitation FA4877-10-R-009 The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials and equipment to provide Painting and wallcovering in accordance with the attached SF form 1442 and statement of work. A pre preprosal site visit shall be conducted at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on Monday 26 April 2010 at 11:00 A.M. PST. All interested contractors shall respond in advance with their intent to attend this site visit by contacting SSgt Tim Vaughan at e-mail timothy.vaughan@dm.af.mil, Phone (520) 228-5449, or Fax (520) 228-2369, NLT 4:00 P.M. PST Friday 23 April 2010. The place of initial meeting for the site visit will be at the Swan Gate NLT 10:45 A.M. PST. All personnel planning on attending and driving on the installation will need valid state driver's license, current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
