- RECOVERY - KING RANGE PAVING Project under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS WHOM ARE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTER (CCR), The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a paving project in Humboldt County. It is the intent of the government to award a construction contract. The solicitation L10PS02394 can be downloaded from https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect. Receipt of award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
