- Description
- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT SCOPE OF WORK Propane Delivery at MMD & HHD 9 December 2009 MMD Lease of 4 tanks, 3 - 500 gallon & 1 - 250 gallon. Of these 4 tanks, 1 500-gal tank needs to be compatible with nozzle located at MMD. If tank is not compatible with our nozzle, then nozzle shall be furnished to MMD at no additional cost. Propane to be delivered to 5 tanks (4 leased and 1 500 gallon owned by MMD) as follows: - November through March, every 2 weeks. On occasion, additional deliveries will be required. These deliveries shall be made within 48 hrs of receiving call from MMD. - April thru October, on an on call basis. These deliveries shall be made within 48 hours of receiving call from MMD. HHD Lease of tank not required. HHD owns 1 500 gallon tank which needs to be filled. - November through March, every 2 weeks. On occasion, additional deliveries will be required. These deliveries shall be made within 48 hrs of receiving call from MMD. - April thru October, on an on call basis. These deliveries shall be made within 48 hours of receiving call from MMD.
