- Procurement of equipment DRY FILTER SINGLE PAINT BOOTH in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-FAPBB 08-30-1044, dated January 4, 2010 and DRY FILTER SPLIT PAINT BOOTH Purchase Description DSCR-FAPBB 08-30-1045, dated January 4, 2010. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility Naval Station San Diego, CA and install prior to final inspection/acceptance at destination by customer. Quantity is 2 [DRY FILTER SINGLE PAINT BOOTH- 1 each] and ]DRY FILTER SPLIT PAINT BOOTH- 1 each]. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set Aside, utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping and training. QAP 215a is used for this requirement. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required performance period is 174 days calendar days after receipt of contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is May 5, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
