- THIS PRE-AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING PROCURED THROUGH DIRECT 8(a) CONTRACTOR. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The contractor shall provide website redesign services for program management, web design, and technical development/maintenance support to redesign the SBA.gov website and integrate the Business.gov website in a phased approach to create a single, effective website presence for the Small Business Administration (SBA). The contractor goal is to implement the recommendations of the Web Information Audit to create SBA's next generation website. The objectives of the project and the new website are to: -Strengthen SBA's web Presence. -Create a highly usable site. -Increase user's productivity. -Enhance transparency of Agency Information and processes. -Increase participation with customers, stakeholders and business partners. -Improve collaboration with the public to deliver the best products and services possible. -Provide robust tools for measuring SBA's success at providing services via the new website.
