- Statement of Work The Government intends to purchase the maintenance service in accordance with the following specific make and model items/services: Line Item Model Monthly Volume Quantity Unit Serial No. 1 Xerox 5675 Approximate monthly volume of 50,000 copies 12 Month WTM769608 2 Xerox 7655 Approximate monthly volume of 25,000 b&w and 10,000 color 12 Month VDR559687 The contractor shall: • Provide all parts, labor, and transportation costs associated with maintaining the equipment in good operating condition. Parts provided must be original manufacturer parts and supplies. This includes supplies, all toners, drums, developers and staples. • Provide On-Site Field Maintenance. Defined as repair service at the designated equipment location. • Service provider must have at least two (2)factory trained technicians on the Xerox 5675 and Xerox 7655. • Provide service from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. A response time of four (4) business hours will be maintained at a minimum, with a performance goal of 2-hour response time. • Provide a preventative maintenance on the copiers when the meter reaches the designated volume level. All parts and labor associated with “PM Service” are included in the maintenance agreement. Performance Period: Base: May 3, 2010 to January 31, 2011 Option Year 1: February 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012 Option Year 2: February 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013 Security Requirements Contractor must meet all Pentagon Security Requirements and be able to receive a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check.
