- The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA intends to negotiate on a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price basis with Van Air Manufacturing, Inc. (CAGE: 1EAE2) for the following: CLIN 0001- Fluid Filter Element, NSN 2940-578-8312, P/N: 266803, Quantity 9 Each, CLIN 0002 - Fluid Filter, NSN 2940-01-578-8273, P/N: 266801, Quantity 16 Each, CLIN 0003 - Fluid Filter Element, NSN 2910-01-578-8341, P/N: 266806, Quantity 16 Each, CLIN 0004 - Air Compressor Reservoir, NSN 4310-01-543-0336, P/N: 50380, Quantity 10 Each, CLIN 0005 - Lubricating and Service, NSN 4930-01-577-4582, P/N: KIT1072, Quantity 17 Each. The Offerors quote is to be for a firm-fixed price order. Delivery FOB Destination to SW3215 Barstow, CA 92311and SW3121 Albany, GA 31704. The NAICS Code is 335312 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offeror's ability to provide these items without the government providing technical data. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers, listed in descending order of importance: Price and delivery time. The offeror shall provide its Commercial and Government Entity (Cage) code, Contractor Establishment code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number. CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTER AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment.
