- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes to provide a quantity of 13 SATLINK Data Collection Platform Model SL2-G312-1B or equivalent. The solicitation number W912ES-10-T-0044 is issued as a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 334513 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Government will award a contract to the lowest bidder who meets the technical factors. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. The items must be equal or better to the salient features of the Sutron SATLINK2 TRANSMITTER/LOGGER SL2-G312b. The offeror must complete clause 52.212-3 and return it with the quote. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government. Quotes may also be mailed to the US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, ATTN: Contracting Division, 190 5th Street East, Suite 401, St. Paul, MN 55101-1638.
