- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to award a sole source delivery order pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(b) (2) Limited Sources Justification and Approval, to Modern Business Systems, 1445 Greene Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901-1033 for the purchase of Haworth/Unigroup Too Systems furniture for the Homeowner's Assistance Program/Real Estate Office, US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District. This is not a request for quotations and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a written capability statement to the Contracting Officer which will be considered. Submitted information will be evaluated solely on the basis of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written Responses should be submitted to Amy Collins at amy.l.collins@usace.army.mil no later than 29 April 2010.
