- Construction of a Fuel Pumping Facility Washington Closure Hanford (WCH) is in the process of developing a list of potential contractors to construct a fuel station. The fuel station will be near the Environmental Restoration Disposal Facility on the Hanford Site. The Hanford Site is a Department of Energy Site located North of Richland Washington. The Fuel Station will be built according to an existing design which WCH has contracted for separately from the construction. The fuel station will have two (2) stations capable of fueling from both sides, dispensing both Gas and Diesel. The fueling stations will be covered by a canopy. In order to be considered for this procurement, contractors must be one of the three following classifications; Small disadvantaged business, woman owed or Hubzone. Teaming arrangements are allowed.
