Description
RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THERFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W91278-07-D-0002, Engineering Design Technologies, Inc.. The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is placing a task order against Contract No. W91278-07-D-0002, Engineering Design Technologies, Inc., which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Cadd Code AE00003. This project consists Phase 1 Environmental Assessment to support the design and construction of stormwater infrastructure upgrades to provide additional stormwater capacity at road crossings at five locations in the DeKalb County, Georgia area and one in Cobb County, GA. The six locations are as follows: 1.The 3100 block area of Dering Circle NE, Atlanta, Georgia 2.The Drew Valley neighborhood, Atlanta, Georgia (Bynum Drive, Ewing Drive, and Poplar Springs Drive) 3.The Valley Brook Estates neighborhood, Decatur, Georgia (Dove Way, Anthony Drive, Francine Drive, and Brook Drive), and 4.The road crossing in the 1000 block area of Vistavia Circle, Atlanta, Georgia 5.The road crossing at Allgood Road and tributary to Snapfinger Creek 6.The stormwater structure site located on unnamed tributary to Noonday Creek between Mark Avenue and Williams Drive in Cobb County, GA The CONTRACTOR will perform a Phase I Environmental Assessment at the subject site in accordance with the provisions of ASTM E 1527-05, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessment: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process. The report shall utilize the Recommended Table of Contents and Report Format found in Appendix X4 of the standard. No additional tasks are required for this task order.
